Chi Dinh has over 10 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate investing, brokerage, and mortgage. She has invested in 10 properties in both residential and commercial. She has purchased, leased out, fixed up, and sold properties in different states. She has experience working with management companies through being an investor and Real Estate Broker for over ten years. 

 

She currently owned properties in Texas and New York, and previously owned a condo in Virginia.

 

She successfully founded and owned a real estate brokerage for over 10 years and mortgage brokerage business for over 7 years. During her time being a Real Estate and Mortgage Broker, her brokerage worked with investors, property management companies, contractors, and lenders. She has over ten years of experience in investing, lending, and rental real estate. She has demonstrated the capacity to increase her investment by 30% in profit.

 

In 2012, Ms. Dinh received an Emerging Leadership Award in the presence of 30 diplomats around the world for her challenging work to bring diverse communities together to collaborate and unite people with different views and backgrounds. She was the founder and the Executive Director of a 501C3 non-profit with the commitment of uniting people from different cultures and celebrating diversity.

 

In 2013, she was hired by a world leading personal and professional growth, training, and development company to coach hundreds and thousands of leaders in Washington DC, California, and New York. She was entrusted to support, train, and develop 400 participants daily in the areas of relationship, communication, leadership, teamwork, and management.

 

Ms. Dinh received her BBA from the University of Texas at Austin. She holds an active Real Estate Broker License in Texas. She has over 10 years of relationship, communication, leadership, and team training.
